We stand by our products and customer satisfaction is our #1 priority. If you have purchased a piece from us and it's damaged. Please send the pieces back to us and we will make the necessary repairs. All you have to do is pay shipping both ways.  

For all order discrepancies, please email us (haircandycandy@gmail.com) within 48 hours of the merchandise being received.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in its original packaging.

Return merchandise within 7 business days of the original email. No exchanges on any used merchandise.

Not satisfied with your order? No problem. We will gladly issue a store credit minus shipping once the merchandise has been received.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

 

Unfortunately, we do not offer cash refunds.  We will gladly exchange your order or offer a store credit.  

All Hair Candy Candy pieces are handmade. We want your beautiful jewels to fit your size locs perfectly. All orders take 7-10 days to process. All orders are shipped via USPS. A tracking number will be issued once your order has shipped.

We ship via USPS service. We offer first class shipping and priority shipping options.  

Orders shipped via first class usually takes about 5 days to deliver depending on 

location. 

Orders shipped via priority usually takes 2-3 days depending on location. 

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number.
